Dinner in the Sky, Athens

If you are looking for a unique experience in the city of Athens (or any of the other 70 countries which operates this flight), look no further no Dinner in the Sky.

Served from a table suspended 130 feet into the air & providing 360° views of the ancient acropolis, this is an experience you don’t want to miss. 

Dinner in the Sky has always been an experience that sat right at the top of my bucket list. I’ve seen the instagram posts, the tiktok reels and the YouTube videos and knew this was a once in a lifetime experience that I had to try for myself. However, there was a massive catch that always held me back. I am extremely fearful of heights. 

So you may be thinking? Shannon, would you want to be suspended 40 metres in the air, with nothing but a crane holding you up for nearly an hour and a half, if  you are petrified of heights? Two reasons actually.

1. Because it just looked absolutley beautiful, unique and I wanted a memory that me and Zac could treasure on our trip to Athens but 2. Because I am trying to say yes to things that scare me (if, and only if, it’s something I really want to do).
