Baking Macaron’s by the Eiffel Tower

A macaron cooking class in the centre of Paris is a fun and exciting culinary experience that allows individuals to learn the art of making these iconic French Pastries.

Oliver, our lovely host, opens up his home to share his passion and knowledge with locals and tourists alike. Guiding you through the intricate steps of macaron making with precision and patience whilst also ensuring everyone is catered for during the 3 hour process.

Once introductions have been made with the group and drinks have been made, we all get to sit down and taste test the flavours Oliver has on offer.

Macarons can come in a variety of flavours however, the ones on offer for our class included: Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate Vanilla, Red Berries, Lemon Curd or Salted Caramel.

Once everyone has tasted the options Oliver has to offer, we put it to a vote, choosing the two flavours we want to make.

We decided as a group to make white chocolate vanilla & lemon curd.
